I started working with Andrew on March 18th. I wanted to get in shape by lifting weights, but I did not know how.
I find Andrew to be very attentive to my needs. He has put some great workouts together for me. I am already seeing changes to my body, and feeling a difference.
When I have questions he gets back to me if not immediately, within a reasonable amount of time. If there is an exercise I do not know how to perform, he will send me a video showing me how it's done.
We also work... on my nutrition. Since working with Andrew, I have lost 16lbs. He is very encouraging even with my healthy related activities outside of the gym. He cheers me on when I take me dog for long walks, and when I do 5ks.
